1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and wonph ("wonph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the wonph online gaming platform accessible at wonph.net and any associated mobile interfaces, applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the wonph registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing any game, or making any deposit or withdrawal through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms take effect from the date of your registration or, where no formal registration occurs, from the date of your first use of the Platform.

wonph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the wonph website at wonph.net and all associated gaming interfaces, cashier systems, support channels, and mobile-optimized experiences.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the wonph Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your wonph Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account by wonph in connection with a specific promotion.
• "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-money bet placed on any game available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount you must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the primary currency of transactions on the wonph Platform.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of the wonph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. By registering on wonph, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. wonph conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and winnings derived from underage play shall be forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the wonph Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. wonph does not represent or warrant that the Platform is available or legally accessible outside of the Philippines. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted, you do so entirely at your own risk and in violation of these Terms.

3.3 Exclusion of Certain Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on wonph: (a) employees, contractors, directors, or officers of wonph or any of its affiliated companies; (b) immediate family members of the above; (c) persons who have self-excluded from the Platform or from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform; (d) persons who have been notified by wonph that they are excluded from using the Platform.

4 Account Registration & Verification

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the wonph Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wonph reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to confiscate any balances or winnings held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. wonph is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by you.

4.3 KYC Verification

wonph is required to verify the identity and age of all players under applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws. You may be requested to submit government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by wonph may result in the suspension of your withdrawal privileges or the temporary freezing of your Account.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wonph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. wonph will never contact you by any channel to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account is presumed to have been conducted by you, and you bear full responsibility for such activity unless you have promptly notified wonph of unauthorized access.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wonph supports the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). wonph reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically reflected in your wonph Balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay are subject to standard interbank processing times. wonph does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. You must have successfully completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. wonph targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your payment provider. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the wonph cashier section.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

wonph is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its implementing rules. wonph reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay processing, or report transactions to the appropriate authorities where required by law. Funds deposited on the wonph Platform may only be used for lawful gaming activity and may not be used to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal activity.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

wonph offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to your wonph Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are stated in each individual promotion. Wagers placed on games excluded from a promotion do not contribute toward the satisfaction of the wagering requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

wonph takes a strict position on bonus abuse. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds, cancellation of related winnings, and suspension or permanent closure of your Account: (a) creating multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once; (b) using automated software, bots, or scripts to place wagers; (c) placing low-risk, hedged, or arbitrage bets solely for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements; (d) colluding with other players to exploit a promotional offer.

6.4 wonph VIP Program

wonph operates a tiered VIP program (Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Imperial) through which eligible players may receive enhanced cashback rates, dedicated account management, priority withdrawal processing, and exclusive promotional offers. Participation in the VIP program is at wonph's sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on the wonph Platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game rules, the game rules shall apply to the specific game in question.

All games on the wonph Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, professionally trained dealers operating under monitored studio conditions. Game outcomes are neither influenced nor controlled by wonph. Certified payout percentages (Return to Player or RTP rates) are available upon request for RNG-based games.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error affecting the outcome of a game or the display of game results, wonph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to your Balance. wonph's technical logs shall be treated as the definitive record of all game outcomes, and in the event of a dispute between your records and wonph's system logs, the system logs shall prevail.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wonph Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account on the wonph Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your wonph Account.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit made to wonph through your payment provider.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to circumvent security measures on the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the wonph Platform. Any bugs must be reported immediately to wonph support.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Using the Platform in any manner that could be construed as money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wonph employees, support agents, or other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the wonph Platform — including but not limited to the wonph brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, game content licensed to wonph, text, and software — is the intellectual property of wonph or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wonph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any content from the wonph Platform without the prior written consent of wonph. Any unauthorised use of wonph's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wonph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

wonph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond wonph's reasonable control (including internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or regulatory directives) may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

In all cases, wonph's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is lower.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

wonph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at wonph.net/privacy-policy. By registering on the wonph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wonph processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Personal data collected during the registration, KYC, and payment processes is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services.

12 Responsible Gaming

wonph is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); (b) wager limits; (c) session time reminders and time-out features; (d) cooling-off periods; and (e) self-exclusion, which may be initiated at any time through your Account settings or by contacting wonph support.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and result in the deactivation of your Account across all wonph game categories. During a self-exclusion period, wonph will not send you marketing or promotional communications. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period as set by wonph's responsible gaming policy.

Use of the wonph Platform constitutes your acknowledgement that gaming carries financial risk and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes. wonph strongly encourages players to set personal limits and to reach out to wonph's 24/7 support team if they believe their gaming behaviour may be causing harm.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by wonph

wonph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) provision of false or misleading information; (c) suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (e) direction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency; or (f) any other circumstance that wonph reasonably deems to warrant protective action.

13.2 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your wonph Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Any verified real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.3 Forfeiture of Funds

Where wonph closes an Account due to a breach of these Terms, particularly in connection with fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct, wonph reserves the right to forfeit any Balance, Bonus Funds, or pending winnings held in the Account at the time of closure. wonph will provide written notification of the forfeiture decision and the reasons therefor.

14 Amendments to These Terms

wonph may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, wonph will notify registered players by email, in-platform notification, or by displaying a notice on the wonph website prior to the changes taking effect. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the wonph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2 above.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and wonph, you agree to first contact wonph's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. wonph will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanisms available under PAGCOR regulations.

Nothing in this section shall prevent wonph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests or the integrity of the Platform.
